About the Championship
The LCD Swap Competition is going to be awesome! The esteemed team from Injured Gadgets will judge the event. Participants should visit the designated Screen Swap Competition Booth upon arrival, bring your proof of pre-registration, and have your screen swap timed.
The winner will receive a grand prize of $1500 in cash, along with the total sum of the entry fees! Additionally, the winner’s photo will be featured on the GRE Awards page, along with a link to their website & social media.
This is a 2 day event you must attend both days.

2026 LCD SWAP Registration
How to register:
The Screen Swap Competition will challenge participants to replace a screen assembly on an iPhone 11 in the fastest time possible. Contestants are welcome to bring their own tools and equipment; however, tools and workstations will also be provided by the event organizers for all competitors.
The competition will begin at 10:00 AM on Day 1 and continue until 3:00 PM. During this time, contestants will compete individually, testing both their speed and repair precision.
On Day 2, the iPhone 11 screen swap competition will resume from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, giving participants one final opportunity to secure the best completion times. Once the preliminary rounds conclude at 11:00 AM, the two competitors with the fastest recorded times will advance to the championship round.
The final showdown will take place in the ring at 12:00 PM, where the finalists will compete head-to-head by replacing a screen assembly on a mystery phone. The contestant with the fastest successful repair time in the final round will be crowned the overall winner of the Screen Swap Competition.
