Jeremy Kwaterski is a seasoned Chief Executive Officer with extensive experience in the retail franchise industry. He is highly skilled in negotiation, operations management, sales, retail, and entrepreneurship, with a strong track record of identifying emerging trends and technologies in the market.
As the original founder and CEO of CPR Cell Phone Repair, Jeremy played a pivotal role in shaping the repair industry. Driven by his passion for innovation and excellence in repair services, he sold CPR in 2013 and founded Repairs First Association (RFA), the industry’s first association and buying group for repair shops.
Jeremy is also the Executive Director of the Gadget Repair Expo, North America’s only conference dedicated exclusively to the repair industry. Through this platform, he brings together repair professionals to share knowledge, discover innovations, and foster growth within the industry.
In addition to owning multiple cell phone repair locations in Georgia, Jeremy serves as a director of RFA, where he provides expert consulting on business operations, financing, and unit sales, helping repair businesses achieve profitability and growth.
Outside of the repair industry, Jeremy is an avid car enthusiast and entrepreneur. He also owns a hot air balloon company that organizes and manages balloon festivals across the southeastern United States, bringing communities together through unique and memorable experiences.

Brian Ahern is a USMC veteran that has been in the service industry since 2000 when he was the Regional Operations Manager for the Cottman Transmission Franchise.
Brian was recruited by CPR Cell Phone Repair in 2010 and quickly grabbed the reins as the Vice President of Franchise Operations. Brian is a leader, creative thinker, and solutions oriented problem solver.
Brian has a passion for the industry that is unwavering and he possesses a deep desire to help business owners create additional revenue streams and maximize the potential of the Cell Phone Repair Industry.
After exiting his role with CPR Cell Phone Repair, Brian was hired as the Vice President of operations for Phone Medic which operated nine cell phone locations in the Kansas City area. Brian’s unique skill sets helped grow these locations rapidly to profitability.
In Brian’s leisure time, he is an outdoor enthusiast that enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and competing in bird dog trials all across the Midwest.

I began my career in the cell phone repair industry in 2009 and have since dedicated myself to helping the repair community grow and innovate. Over the years, I’ve served as Director of Operations for one of the nation’s largest franchise networks, CPR Cell Phone Repair, where I focused on operational efficiency, team development, and customer satisfaction.
Today, I’m proud to be the Co-Founder of the Repairs First Association and the Gadget Repair Expo, both created to connect, educate, and empower professionals in the repair industry.
Beyond tech, I’m also the Co-Founder of Hot Air Balloon Management (est. 2019), where we produce large-scale, family-friendly hot air balloon, drone, and laser show events across the U.S.
Family-oriented, patient, and passionate about building meaningful partnerships, I thrive on creating experiences and organizations that bring people together and move industries forward.

Specializing in team building, systems, consulting, and technology education. As the Founder and CEO of CellBotics and Chief Training Officer at Repairs First Association, she has built and scaled high-performance teams while developing innovative educational platforms.
Nicole co-owns several ventures, including Gadget Repair Expo, Event Nitro, and Xcelerate Franchise Consulting. She created the repair industry’s most comprehensive learning management system with over 800 instructional videos, revolutionizing training through systematic and scalable approaches.
Recognized for her leadership and insights, Nicole inspires professionals and entrepreneurs at industry conferences, driving innovation and transformation across her fields.
